The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged the development of digital channels in customer and citizen relations as never before. This exceptional growth is also a challenge for brands and institutions, which must keep in touch with their customers and users in order to capture key moments in their lives and offer an experience in line with their expectations.
Marketing Automation projects are becoming essential, by proposing to model customer behaviour, and to be able to offer them targeted and personalised communication through digital channels (email, mobile app, website, SMS, push...).
Colombus proposes you to come back on these challenges and to draw the trends of Marketing Automation by mixing omnichannel personalization, 360° customer/user view, and distributed marketing.
