Une DXP, pour Data eXperience Platform, sert à centraliser toute l'information, commerce et marketing, et à la diffuser à travers tous les canaux.
Dans cette session, après avoir introduit la DXP et différents cas d'usages, nous vous expliquerons comment intégrer une DXP à son CRM pour bénéficier de la vue 360 et de personnaliser et d'automatiser la communication, l'approche commerciale et marketing.
Nous présenterons ensuite comment construire une expérience client personnalisée grace à une DXP.
