The company
ReportingSoft is a Swiss IT company, active in software publishing and IT consulting. Specialised in Reporting and Business Intelligence, we help our customers to value, exploit and facilitate the transmission of their data from multiple sources.
We support our customers in all stages of the IT life cycle, from defining and implementing strategy to proposing and implementing IT processes and organisations. ReportingSoft also offers solutions and support in the selection of platforms and software packages, custom application development, system integration and migration. We also offer training courses in BIRT technology that are tailored to your needs and expectations and that will enable you to acquire or perfect your IT knowledge.
Our business
Reporting is the formatting or presentation of audited data in the form of reports (analytical balance sheets, results, presentations, etc.) These reports are often periodic and generated in very large quantities, hence the importance of an automated solution that saves time and resources.
The information in the form of reports can be stored or transmitted in various formats (e-mail, print, pdf, ppt, etc.) to clients (Client Reporting), internal/external managers or partners. They allow to take stock of the results obtained and are often the basis for strategic decisions.

All data sources are connected to the system from where targeted information will be extracted and then redistributed in various formats to customers. This system brings together and on the same platform different modules with specific features that can be installed separately. This specific structure allows you to add modules and new features to change or complete your current reporting system and benefit from the best technologies. You create your own ideal reporting platform for your system.
The Business Report Designer module is the new reporting tool of this solution. Thanks to this tool, each user can easily process and format previously audited data into reports. Data is valued and good decision-making facilitated.
The production, the distribution of mass reports and data verification are automatically controlled by the Maestro Server Reporting component, the data automation module. This modular and tailor-made solution is also a real added value for the company.
