Co-founder and director of Inovae, Kian Rieben is responsible for the agency's analysis and consulting services. With a scientific and academic background in societal sciences, his entrepreneurial spirit and growing interest in digital technologies led him to create Inovae in 2009. Kian uses his anthropological approach to technologies and organisations to integrate each project with the concrete realities that surround it.

After ten years in interface design, it was natural for Adeline Radius to turn to user experience and join the Inovae team in 2015 as a UX Designer. Her background as a UI Designer allows her to design her clients' projects while taking into account their graphic needs in advance. Her objective: to deliver a global, coherent and efficient experience. Working with the business analyst and the lead developer, her excellent knowledge of the development process enables her to propose solutions that are always in line with functional and technical needs.

Specialised in project management since the beginning of her career, Karine Meuzard has been managing major digital transformation projects for administrations and institutions for 12 years. With a Master's degree in information and communication in the digital field, she joins Inovae in 2019 as Digital Project Manager and Business Analyst. As an active and pragmatic interface between clients and production teams, she enables the completion of digital projects in line with needs and constraints.
