My name is Stefan Hege and I am employed since almost 10 years at MicroStrategy Switzerland and here is my story:
When I started as a Consultant, I created and optimized Dashboards, supported Companies in their Business Intelligence strategies, advised and proposed BI Roadmaps and many more. After a while, I needed a new challenge and it came clear that a position as a Sales Engineer would be the best fit for me. During this period, I learned a lot on how to drive autonomously technical sales cycles, to inspire people, and how to work with people from different verticals.
In 2021, I did an additional step by taking over an Account Executive position to advise and support our customers on another level.
